Imagine better.
“We do not need magic to transform our world; we carry all the power we need inside ourselves already: we have the power to imagine better.”
Connection to Curiosity
Attunement is a profound gift to be on the receiving end of; however sometimes people forget that they can gift themselves this offering simply by asking the right questions. Slowing down costs us very little and it can be the secret ingredient to changing your overall trajectory simply through a moment of realization and self reflection.
Life Interrupted
I think of trauma as something external that intersects with your internal world and its impact dysregulates you to the point of highjacking the nervous system’s natural pattern of operations. We are naturally built for resiliency and have survival strategies for overcoming life’s obstacles, but sometimes there are circumstances that create damages that need specialized treatment and attunement in order to recalibrate.
Seeking Ground
With a desire to gather together I wanted to invite you to share an evening-in at 7pm on the 26th, together we'll explore how being in your body can help you reconnect with emotions on a deeper level. Integrating grounding practices of writing and meditation which can nurture a healthier relationship to self and others. Slow down with us for this gentle Homecoming, finding rest and ritual at a time when our bodies crave genuine care.
Falling Forward
The days are getting shorter, nights becoming longer so it’s important to pause and reflect towards being intentional as we gently ease into sweater season. The rhythms you integrate in the colder months can invite one to slow down and recalibrate, in this day and age it is harder to come by but ever important.
When life just isn't fair
Being human is not for the faint of heart. One of the complexities I and so many run into is “what to do when life just isn’t fair?”Comparison can be cruel and unusual form of punishment, it sparks wildfire feelings of envy and at times questions arise that are not always helpful, especially when it acts as arsonist against a person’s identity, their sense of worth and value.
Emotional Hunger
We’re wired for connection, I believe it is within relationship and forming a healthy secure attachment that can heal some deep and unseen places within the human heart. When I begin to think of how we grow our capacity to receive and also to give we have to be fed something of sustenance that offers some of the elements mentioned earlier, being seen and heard matters.
